Sally’s Children’s Trust (SCT) was set up in October 2006 in memory of Sally Roberts who sadly lost her life in Kenya.
SCT’s aim is to improve the lives of the children of the Shimba Hills area of Kenya.
Our initial goal was to fund the provision of a sustainable water supply at the Stephen Kanja school. Following overwhelming support and donations, we have been able to fund a further two projects, being the rebuild of the Muhaka primary school and the Chanukeni orphanage.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your overwhelming generosity and support over the past two years, without which these amazing achievements would not have been possible.
We have a number of fundraising events currently taking place and following these we hope to have sufficient funds to complete our projects. Following the completion of these projects we will not be accepting any further project proposals and therefore at this point we will no longer be accepting donations.
