Great North Run
50,000 runners crossed the iconic Tyne Bridge in Newcastle, England, under a flypast from the Red Arrows in the world's biggest half marathon. We were lucky enough to have 3 Trust friends taking part in this event, Freda, Graham and Trish.
Newcastle Charity Ball
Our Trust Friends in the north east organised the first Sally’s Children’s Trust Ball at the Newcastle Gateshead Hilton on 10 November 2007! A fantastic evening was had by all, well done Trish and Graham for all your hard work.
Bernard'sFive Pence Challenge Dedicated Trust Friend Bernard Pont has been raising funds for the charity through the novel idea of collecting 5p coins. He has faithfully collected the coins over the past few months and has had a tremendous response to the challenge.
Paris Marathon 2007
We are very proud to annouce that 13 Trust friends ran the Paris Marathon on April 15th, 2007.The weekend was a tremendous success with all the team putting in a determined and courageous effort, despite the grueling Parisian sun exceeding temperatures of 30 degrees!

Trust friends Bernard and Hazel Pont hosted a musical extravaganza at St Bedes School, Carlton Road, Redhill on Saturday 14th July in aid of the Trust.

Offington Park Methodist Church
A huge thank you for the generosity of Offington Park Methodist Church in Worthing who donated a proportion of their gift day to Sallys Childrens Trust. Also the individual groups and friends within the church for their donations along with the fundraising events of coffee mornings and lunches. Wonderful support from exciting School events
Pupils in schools both in Sussex and London have been very busy with treasure hunts, lunchtime cake sales and an International Day. A quiz night and supper was organised by colleagues of Jackie Roberts, at Wilton Park Executive Agency, Steyning, Sussex and proceeds donated to Sallys Childrens Trust. Edinburgh run
Karen Westbrook (Sally's school friend) completed the 10k Edinburgh Run in aid of Sally's Children's Trust. We thank her for her courageous efforts. Well done Karen!

Colleagues from the Crystal Palace Triangle have been working really hard to raise funds in Sally's memory. With a range of exciting events already taken place and more for the future we are deeply touched by their commitment and drive to make this charitable trust a tribute to Sally.
